Megan Wagoner is the Vice President of Media & Entertainment at Endeavor Streaming, where she leads commercial efforts and global cloud partnerships.

Wagoner brings 20 years of media leadership and technology experience across multiple sectors including digital technology services, broadcast and network media, advertising, and content creation. Her previous executive roles include Regional Vice President of Media & Entertainment for Bitmovin, Senior Vice President of Vimond Media Solutions, Key Accounts for Harris Broadcast (now Imagine), and Reporter/Anchor for Nexstar and Spectrum TV.
Wagoner received her MBA from the College of Business at University of Florida and a Bachelor's from Anderson University in communication and journalism.

Wagoner's passion for promoting gender diversity and empowering women in the streaming technology space has earned her numerous industry awards and recognitions including the 2023 IBC Social Impact Special Award for her mentorship program success. Wagoner serves as the Vice President and on the Board of Directors and is the head of Mentorship for?Women in Streaming Media, a network of 1300+ women focused fostering diversity in the streaming media space.  Megan also serves as the co-chair of Endeavor's AVID ERG and VP of Fund Development for the Junior League of Spartanburg.
