A 25-year learning and development veteran of companies including NBCUniversal, GE and Comcast, he has worked with some of the world’s top entertainment, media and tech organizations, coaching thousands of executives on their personal brand and career development. At NBCUniversal, Jayzen led executive learning and is noted as the architect of the Talent Lab, their uniquely branded corporate university.          

Jayzen has been featured at international conferences and is the host of the popular Lead With Your Brand!^TM podcast.  He’s proud to serve as the Chair of the American Red Cross’ National Diversity Advisory Council and on the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles LGBT Center.
