Travel & Hotel

Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements and hotel accommodations. Discounted room rates have been arranged at the Intercontinental Barclay New York for attendees who book through the official housing bureau, Meeting & Travel Consultants, Inc. (MTC). Cancellation, Substitutions, & Refunds Policy

Register Worry-Free Through March 31st!

Registration cancellations received on or before March 31, 2024, will receive a full refund with no cancellation fees. Registration cancellations received between April 1 and April 19, 2024, are subject to a $100 administrative fee, although you can substitute another attendee in your place. Please provide full contact information for the person who will be replacing the original registrant when submitting any substitution request. After April 19, no refunds will be issued.

Information Today, Inc. assumes no liability for the acts of their suppliers nor for the safety of any Streaming Media NYC 2024 participant while in transit to or from this event. The total liability during the precise hours of the meeting will be limited to a refund of the registration fee.
